Stacked Arch *FOAM ONLY* Halloween Sign

The stacked foam arch has an upper and lower row of letters.  Made from 2" thick extruded polystyrene foam.  Enhance your Halloween display with a cemetery gate arch sign with your custom text. Please enter it exactly as you would like it to appear.

Select from:

• double arch support (with text open above) or triple arch support structure
• 3 standard size sign lengths/width 8', 6', 4'
• 2 fonts that have capital letters only.  There are no lower case letters.  If you would like a custom font, please send a contact request and we can discuss your plan.
• Optional letter edge engraving.  Extra marks where the letters overlap the arch.  This is an option because it is very time consuming to configure, but adds a nice depth and detail to the letters.  

These foam signs are great for the indoor home Halloween enthusiast.  Cut with a CNC from extruded polystyrene the sign will arrive ready for you to work your finishing artistic magic.  Foam letters are available as a selectable option over the top of the wood lettering to give a depth and realistic quality when you distress them for a rustic look. Will require some sanding prior to painting.  And mounting.

NOTES: 

--Signs will ship in 2 pieces and attachment hardware for the two pieces to connect is NOT included.  Since it is foam, you can glue this or dowel pin it.  Extra foam can be supplied for backing support if desired.  Some assembly required.  All parts are unfinished and unpainted.
